GACHA TACTICS
A small war on your workbench
GACHA TACTICS is an autobattler about laying out miniatures and staging a battle scene. Buy figures, props and terrain tiles from a capsule machine, pick them up and set them on a hex board yourself. When you are ready, two dioramas face each other and fight on their own.
- Buy, place, merge — One capsule machine mixes units, objects and tiles. Three matching one-star figures become a two-star; two two-stars become a three-star, and every merge lets you pick one of three relics.
- Position is everything — Every unit fires one skill on a timer, and that skill wakes up its neighbours. Where you place a piece matters as much as which piece you buy.
- Shape the battlefield — Each level-up adds field cells and a terrain tile of your choice: hills, plateaus, cliffs and ramparts give the board height, and shooters on high ground fire over the pieces in front.
- Robots that transform and combine — Ten vehicle figures transform into robots at three stars, and the right robots side by side combine mid-battle into one of seven fusion robots.
Made with Tripo
Every figure, prop and terrain piece on the board is a 3D model generated with Tripo AI and finished as a painted tabletop miniature.
How to play — Mouse only. Click the capsule machine to pull, press a capsule to open it, drag pieces onto the board, then press Start Battle. Rotation keys are listed in Settings.
This demo lets you play a full run from start to finish: 11 characters, 120 units, 26 objects, 27 terrain tiles, 120 relics, 10 languages.

Awesome pieces.
The only problem I came across was the battle sequence lagging insanely bad. I imagine those with better rigs will enjoy seeing the pieces come to life, but unfortunately for me each battle was basically a half frozen screen that showed health bars fluctuate every other second. Even after adjusting the graphics settings to the lowest possible, I guess my M1 just can’t keep up with it.
Aside from that, there really aren’t any obvious issues I’d bother bringing up. You’ve got really nice figurines, a vast variety of tiles, and seemingly endless combination potential between the various effects of each piece and the ground they stand on.
I think this is a very addicting core loop, and if the performance issues can be addressed, I can easily see this being a top tier title that I’d happily come back to again and again.
Best of luck 👍👍
I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of optimization. I will definitely fix the issues and make the game even more enjoyable! Thank you for playing and leaving your feedback. Sincerely :)
